Week 5 - Graphic Design

Image
Graphic Design Today we were working with the graphic design course where we got to experience what Graphics learns. In the morning we were learning about typography and creating titles using a chosen font of our choice. I found this as a weakness as I can't draw very well and typography has the skill of drawing. It took me a couple of attempts after trying different kinds of typography fonts. I finally attempted my chosen font which I enjoyed drawing. I chose to add colour to my font to make it stand out on the page. Week 4- Art & Design

Art & Design On Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th October we took part in Art & Design lessons where we completed prints and 3D dimension art. I used a pencil and drew light circles continuously.  The next step was to photocopy our work to then create a 3D Dimmension, we had to cut and fold the A3 paper into a shape and using our photography skills we then captured shadows that the Dimmension was creating. Chloe and I took some photos in the projector room, it was a small area in the dark with an projector with many patterns and colours. We took many photos with different patterns to experiment with shadows and lighting. My examples are below. On Wednesday we spent the class creating prints f...

Order & Chaos

Order & Chaos Order  Order is when everything is neat, organised and in order. This can be satisfying to some people seeing  things in order. For example sweets can be organised into colours and this will be an order photograph.  Chaos Chaos is when everything is unorganised and messy. For example coins not placed neatly or train tracks crossing over each other. Examples shown below.  Below you can see examples of order and chaos.
